How it works

We co-create a safe space that you can return to again and again to come undone, be heard, feel cared for, and come away with more clarity and capacity.

First we make sure it’s a fit:

We have a free initial 40 minute consult call where we get a feel for each other and you get a sample coaching conversation.

If it feels like a good fit for both of us we jump in!

we lay the foundation for coaching:

I send you a Self Discovery Questionnaire where you dig down, and explore yourself and your story through written reflection.

We then kick-start our coaching relationship with a 2 hour Discovery Session. This is where we lay the foundation for, and co-create, our unique dynamic. This call gives us many of the tools, structures, and shared language to best serve your learning and growth.

we build a deep on-going relationship of support:

Once established, we build on-going systems for connection and support. We will have 2 hours of live call time per month - together we design the best way to break this time down - typically either 30 minutes weekly or one hour bi-weekly. You also have full access to text and email support for further processing, & spot coaching.

When the time comes we review and complete:

At the end of our time together we schedule a Completion/Review session (75 mins) to look back, celebrate, harvest the learning, and point to what’s next for you.

Many clients choose to continue the journey together, and the option is always there to continue on with our caoching, or to switch to a new rhythm of calls (eg. Once monthly).

One-time intake - $600*

Per month (6 month minimum) - $550*

Give & Receive - Add-on to your standard price to contribute to our common pot sponsorship program to support a new or non-profit leader receiving one-on-one coaching.

Sponsorship - Inquire about receiving a discounted rate through our sponsorship program - limited space available.

Next we do an intake:

If we haven’t coached together before we do a one-time intake session. I send you a Self Discovery Questionnaire where you dig down, and explore yourself and your story through written reflection.

We then kick-start our coaching relationship with a 2 hour Discovery Session. This is where we lay the foundation for, and co-create, our unique dynamic. This call gives us many of the tools, structures, and shared language to best serve your learning and growth.

If we have worked in a long-term coaching dynamic in the past we skip this step.

We set up a number of sessions based on your need:

We determine the best number and frequency of sessions over a given time period to meet the need you are facing. This may include prompts and reflections between calls over text or email as well. We make sure to build in some clear completion for your ongoing momentum.

One-time intake - $600*

Per session - $275*

Note that executive rates account for added organizational complexity, and are set up like a retainer that includes additional spot coaching and consultation as needed. Executive coaching also includes the option to have added input from someone internal such as a supervisor, mentor, or colleague.
