We build an on-going partnership where we support your relationship, team, or community with team coaching and facilitation as you need it. Together we design the frequency and scope of our work together based on your needs and capacity.
First we make sure it’s a fit:
We have a free initial 40 minute consult call with zero expectations. We meet to get to know each other, and talk through the needs of your team. You also get to ask all your questions.
If it’s a good fit we move forward together!
we start with an initial period of alignment:
It’s important that this work feels valuable to your whole group. We map out and deliver some initial sessions with your team. We plan a check-in time to evaluate fairly early-on. This allows us to collectively vision the long-term commitment we are making together to partner.
we build a deep on-going partnership of support:
The dream with this work is to be partnering with teams for a longer period of time (multi year or even the life of your business or community).
The cadence of support looks different for each team based on needs.
We check in as we go:
At the end of the year we schedule a Completion/Review session (75 mins) to look back, celebrate, harvest the learning, and point to what’s next for you.

This work is typically set up with a retainer pricing on a monthly, seasonal, or annual basis. Let’s talk about what will work best for your team.

How it works
We get really clear about what you are wanting to create or shift in your team dynamics and then we design the workshop, series of sessions, or one-off guided conversation that your team needs to meet your desired outcomes.
First we make sure it’s a fit:
We have a free initial 40 minute consult call where we get a feel for each other , I hear about your team and what you’re looking for, and you get to ask me questions.
If it feels like a good fit for both of us we jump in!
Next we we have a consultation (1-2 calls to get clear on desired outcomes, design the scope of what we will do together, and come up with an overarching plan) :
Depending on the size of your team, these may take-place one-on-one with the lead of your team, or include everyone. This may include some back-and-forth on a virtual platform like email.
We set up a number of sessions based on your need:
We determine the best number and frequency of sessions over a given time period to meet the need you are facing. This may include prompts and reflections between calls over text or email as well. We make sure to build in some clear completion for your ongoing momentum.
Investment:
Pricing will be determined by the complexity and scope of your project.
Team coaching/facilitated conversation - Per Hour Rate (+ Flat Rate for initial consultation and prep)
Workshop rates - Full day and Half day rates (includes consultation and prep)
